we are sure that you will find the stay in our flats particularly pleasant.

To verify availability in the ARTFLATS just check the calendars in the rates section.

Data and information required to finalize the booking.

Please enter the required data in the following form.

Please enter a telephone number where you can be reached at during you stay and the presumed time of your arrival.

Before proceeding with the booking please click on the   rental conditions.

Upon receipt of your data you will receive a confirmation of reserved availability for the desidered flat.

You can provide the payment according to times and method expressed in the following section.

Method of payment

Upon the confirmation receipt from our booking office, a deposit of 25% of the total price is due within the following 2 days.

Full payment is due within 30 days prior to the beginning date of your stay.

For bookings made within 30 days before the beginning of your stay, full payment is required.

A security deposit of EURO 150 is required at the time of your arrival and it will be returned to you at the time of your departure.

B) credit card on-line, on Security System Paypal.

By replying to the confirmation email you will receive, you will be able to enter the data required to provide the payment. If you do not want to use this method of payment please do not reply to the email.

Booking confirmation and further information:

Upon receipt of your payment we will send you the confirmation of your booking and the travel documents containing every useful information you will need for your stay: directions on the returning of the keys, how to get to the artflats, connections.
